1997 850 glt, just purchased need advice

I am looking for some advice. I recently purchased this car.
It has 145,000 miles on it. I have no past records on maintenance.
I would like to know what I should do on top of changing the oil.
Do you recommend I take it to the dealer for a look over? I was thinking of getting the transmission flushed out. I do not have a manual either, trying to get one. The car is in pretty good shape. The car doest not have the turbo. Just looking for some general advice. Thanks.

Assuming the car is a '97 model, and it is a GLT, it does have a turbo, just a low pressure one. Check to make sure the timing belt was done around 140k miles too.
