1994 Volvo 850 Turbo OIL LEAK

I have oil leaking from the upper oil cooler, buts it's not leaking from the actual line. It's like its leaking from the piece that connects to the radiator. Should i replace the O rings in the oil cooler line ( upper) or replace the Rad?

I think I would try the rings first, just because it's easy !

If you can get that oil off with solvent, a bead of silicone might stop the oil seep too.
