1994, 850 MCC Head Unit - exploded into a hundred pieces

Good morning. Well long story short I broke the main pin on my Manual Climate control unit for my 850 sedan. I was using a pair of pliers because it was hard to turn during the winter months and shattered the pin clear off. There is literally hundreds of pieces on my floor. There is no possible repair. As of right now, I have taken the two cables of off the vent levers underneath the drivers side so that I can "manually" control which direction for the heat to blow, etc. The temperature ones work fine. I just broke the directional control. I am looking for the manual climate control unit part for my car. I am willing to send a check for it. It has to be functional. Obviously.

To be clear, this is the part that is right above the radio and has 4 wires going down to the actual control box.

eBay item number: 181403553068 ($54.99 in fair condition & missing parts but maybe some of yours are salvageable?)

eBay item number: 321101417703 (Although at $249.99 it most definitely is not cheap.)
