I have a bad CEM and want to replace it. If I grab one from the junkyard, can I reprogram it with VIDA to work with my FOB? I tried looking this up but can't seem to find an answer. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Contact MVS member doublebug on Skype or PM him from here if you can find his posts. His name is Henry. He can clone your modules by using your Dice & his special software.

No way, CEM is protected by pin. It is unique for every car so without this info CEM cannot be reprogrammed via OBD. Plus security info can be reprogrammed only by dealer.
So to clone CEM some low level equipment needed.
If you have questions about Volvo firmware ask me. I may know an answer :)

Well at least I gave Henry a plug. Henry can clone just about any module on a Volvo except of course for the CEM 8-)
