Need to replace the pitted foglights on my 04 S60. What options do I have other than the OE style replacements from Volvo or the OE style replacements from E-bay. Looking to possibly increase night vision with something aftermarket that will fit in original location.

I believe you're limited on the hardware. You can pull the glass and sand/polish/buff them to look new again - just takes a bit of elbow grease or a wheel.
You can also change the bulb so you get a different color, but that's about it.
