The batteries are inside the remotes (CR2016 type).
Some people get free programming at dealer, let's say you take the car to dealer for an oil change for let's say $30, the dealer may program the remotes for you for free.
Let me know if you need other odds and ends. I have some stuff lying around on my garage floor, if I don't need them I will send them to you for free...
