2000 s80 Pump Electronic Module (PEM) Location

Where's the PEM located on a 2000 s80 2.9L? And whats the best way to get to it.

There is no PEM on 2000 S80. PEM was never used on the timing belt 6 cylinders. It was used first in 2004 on some models with 5 cylinder and phased in on more models after that.
Your fuel pump power supply is via a relay on the CEM under left side dash

See above. It probably does not have a PEM

i thought i had a pem it was just wires to top of my gas tank.
So does the 03 volvo s80 2.9 have a pem.i jave a plastic gas tank?

No PEM until 2004 models
