I checked the oil last night and there was a milky substance on the dipstick (along most of it). What can be causing this? Do I have a major problem here?
The car has seemed sluggish recently and my gas mileage has worseneda bit. There is also a weird subtle vibration at 100k and it almost feel like the car is holding back (no my e-brake is not engaged!).
The only thing I did recently was the full PCV service in November...I don't seem to have any problems with losing coolant though...the level has been consistent.
My car is a 97 850 turbo (GLT)
Thanks for your help.

If it's milky, you have water in the oil. It could be from condensation or you could have a leaking head gasket. I would change the oil and keep an eye on it as well as the coolant level. If it comes back I would do a compression test and coolant leakdown test.
