2006 XC90 Antenna Keep not seeing the key

This car, i have the CEM replace, the cem is the L - type, and i did software reload, now the car failed to start. I tryed to program the key alone, but i had a warning that either the dice cannot see the communication between the cem and the Antenna or the Transponder... Now i removed another car antenna and fix on this car and i try to program the key but yet same problem, the car itself antenna was hocked on another car and it was able to start or pick up that car key signal and allow that car to start, this tells me the antenna is OKAY. So what could be the possible causes why there is communication error between the antenna or the key, I have checked all the wiring ends and everything is intact. Please HELP,
