2000 S80 T6 Resizing 4T65E teflon seals

I've been slowly rebuilding the transmission and thought I share what I'd come up with to stretch/shrink the teflon seals which is a bit tricky without the expensive Kent Moore tools. It worked a treat for me!

I've done this as a PDF and its a draft - any helpful feedback and I can rework it.

Great job!!!! Wished you would've post this a couple years ago when I rebuilt my 4t65e. I re-sized mine by way of rubber electrical tape and a rubber pipe connector. Also if you have not visited triple edge performance, I strongly recommend you do. I couldn't have completed the re-build without their assistance

Thanks! I ordered all the bits from triple edge performance - great to deal with! Answered my questions too.

The rebuild of this transmission is well documented on the 'net, but I might put together a 'summary' doc with the various bits of info I've gleaned from rebuild threads and the two manuals - it should help Volvo people who haven't done it before.
