Anyone have any idea? Could this be coming from the turbo hose? Thanks.

I would follow the coolant line from the overflow bottle to the back of the engine. From there you will see a 4" hose connected on both ends with tubing. Check this hose. Then continue to follow the metal tubing you will see that there is a 90 degree hose on the back of the engine by the turbo? These two hoses have leaked on my turbo cars.

The 45 degree line with two different diameters is the usual suspect. It isn't a picnic to change but it is doable. I've found that removing the banjo bolt from the rearmost connector on the turbo simplifies the process.

I would put someone's money on either the hose from the back of the motor to the heater core junction or the lower radiator hose.

Shop says it is both the hoses going to the heater core, as well as one of the hoses to the expansion tank has a small leak as well as the lower radiator hose has gotten oil on it and has a huge bulge and is ready to go too. Anyone want to loan me some money?

Volvo parts only on these please. Specifically, avoid URO hoses on these critical parts. Park your car until you have enough gelt for the Volvo hoses.

The junk yard is full of decent hoses. They can hold you over till you get new ones. Replace them one at a time starting with the one that is leaking. Hell, you could have purchased all of those hides for the cost of the dealer diagnosis fee.

I don't know about 1999 setup, but I did my 1998 S70 coolant hoses, see link below.
Use ONLY Volvo genuine hoses, they are cheap anyway!!!
