04 s60 high beams not working correctly

Post by papafatz »

First off, and I was unaware that the drain tubes in the sun roof where clogged witch caused water to come inside the cab of the vehicle. Fixed that problem (damn you Volvo). Not sure if my head lights are not working correctly is because of that but only my floor board got wet. In the 12 o'clock position (head light switch) my high beams wont stay on. the other problem is when the switch is in the DLR position the lights wont turn off when the keys are out of the ignition. They only stay off in the 0 position. Fuses look good.

It sounds like a stuck relay or dimmer switch, scour the web for a wiring diagram got your year model and track down those components
