Sunroof shade rattle

2006- XC70. I removed the glass, attempting to remove the sunshade. There is a metal plate that runs from side to side that covers the rear attachment screws. It's the plate that governs how far the sunshade extends. There is no possible way that I have found to get the sunshade rear screws out from under this metal shield. The shields attachment screws are hidden...ANY HINTS?

I had some issues with my sunroof, possibly similar. I had some rattles and 2 metal strips come loose. I spent some time trying to figure out how to fix it. In the end I went to a specialty shop that only does sunroofs and similar car modifications. They pulled the glass, cleaned everything, re-glued the seals and put the metal strips back in. Only cost me $100. Guy said it wasn't a big job, but if you make a mistake you end up with a leak. Obviously I don't know of a place that can do that in your area, but its worth looking around.
