1998 V70 dropping facia

Hi, The bottom of the facia in the drivers footwell, a few inches above the hood release lever is dropping.I have looked but cant see how the bottom of the facia is supported or clipped. I would very much appreciate a kind guy posting a couple of photos showing how to secure the facia. Thanks jack.

Sorry don't have the photos you are looking for, but if you remove the screw under the steering wheel that holds the under facia in place, you have a couple of tabs near the ends of the front section, and with a gentle pull the front edge should drop. It is a little fiddly to get the under tray out but you slide it forward and out. If you then look up under the dash, there are 2 slides (one each side of the foot-well). I think they are either white or black, and are positioned on the sides of the rear of the foot-well.
When re-installing the under-tray, you have to make sure both sides slide in and remain engaged in the slides, and then carefully lift the front of the tray. Both under trays are essentially hung the same way.
