93 850 na rough idle, cel, code 113 from A2

Just replaced the starter on my my daughters 93. Have a rough idle which smooths out when driving. Pulled code 113 from A2. No vacuum leaks that i can hear. As far as i can tell i've put everything back as it should be. Cleaned the throttle body. Any ideas ??
