95 850 turbo trans slipping! Help

My trans starts to slip after the car warms up and runs for awhile,
You guys have any ideas, fixes, feedback? Need to change fluid? 123,000 miles are on it now.

ok, after I drive the car for about 20 minutes the dash arrow starts blinking , I know that is the trans light for the W mode.

anything?
The car is obdII and this will not work it is a 1995 850 T
