S80 T6 Passenger side half axle leaking oil

Is it fixable?
Should I trade the car?

I see some rust on the axle shaft, but it's not clear that if extends to where the seal runs. Is that the concern? As for the seal itself, it's a straightforward replacement operation. If the bushing is worn and causing the leak, it can also be replaced while you're at it.

The rust is from the axle extension. The seal is leaking oil
