1999 S80 Sound after the brake bleed

Hi,

1999 s80 2.9 Non turbo, 180,000 KM

few days ago, I bleed the brake oil. bcz it was never changed[[[]]]]....and then the things starting happening which are awful. As it was smooth before bleed.

First I thought air got suck in after flushing. but then yesterday reopen the valves and got the air out until I see no bubbles in the brake oil jar. though before this my brakes were sticking but now its OK but few things are noticeable.

1. on very low speed without pressing the race and keeping in D, I see weird sound i am not sure from the brake booster or discs (But since discs are not sticking and car is moving, I am sure its not sticking)

2. While pressing the brake I feel a slight click.

Rest when I apply brakes, it is working fine.

please help.
