2004 s60 Steering wheel radio function not working SRS Prob

HELP PLEASE!!
I swapped out my factory radio with another factory radio i bought online (ebay) my radio functions on the steering wheel do not work and my SRS Immediate Service Light is on. Can anyone help me please.

can somebody maybe answer if other than the lcd display, does any other part of the radio light up in the dark?

Did you remove the ground connection from the battery before removing the radio?

This can cause the SRS message to appear. This message can be cleared by someone who has a Volvo scanner. I cannot be cleared using a generic OBDII scanner.
