99 s70 blend door shaft repair???

99 s70 blend door shaft repair???

I am trying to repair the blend door shaft. It is stuck on the vents all the time.
I can't seem to find out how to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean the outside air all the time? what do you mean that it is stuck on vents all the time?
