I have the exact same problem with my 2007 XC90 tried several different products 20/20 cleaner for one nothing did any good it is really annoying at night I suspect the dealer sprayed some kind of product on the dash and got it on the lens as well would love to get rid of it as well !!

I would try to use magic eraser and then buff it with some type of polish after and see if that works
