I definitely have never seen something like this before.
I guess its time to get yet again another wiper motor.

Hey, Early today my Rear wiper was not moving, making some terrible grinding noises(no excessive resistance). The linkages are nice and smooth. The wiper was fine yesterday. When I got home I took the wiper motor out and It was Crack straight through...
