My Volvo S40 right turn signal light stopped flashing...the light comes on but doesn't flash...so it's probably not the lightbulb issue but something deeper..
Is this something I can fix myself? I took it to shop and they say it costs 130 bucks just to look at it and if it's electrical problem could cost a lot more...how much does it normally cost to fix it. what parts work?..can i fix it myself...i know next to nothing about car though...but we've been changing the light bulbs ourselves....so am hoping this is a easy...thanks for any help you can give!
