2003 C70 Need to replace rear seat side speaker

2003 C70 Need to replace rear seat side speaker

Is there anyway to remove the speaker grill? Or, do I have to remove the seat and back to get to the side panel? I have searched the websites for info but some of it is a little confusing especially about how to get the back cushions off.
