1996 volvo 850 turbo instrument cluster lights

I have a 96 850turbo and the inst cluster lights and all that would come on when headlight switch is on keeps blowing the fuse #35 . If I put anew fuse in it could last 30 secounds or the longest would be 45 minutes. I seem to think that it is caused by big bumps . I have the dash and lower panel on driverside off looking for bare wire that is shorting out to ground but have not found anything. I have recently done the odometer gear in cluster but problem was there before I did that. I can remove the cluster and drive with the other interior lights on climat switches on dash are lit but will still pop fuse after a couple om minutes. I was out on sat looking at wires and noticed i popped the fuse while moving around the climate control unit. I figured out that pink is the illumination wire so I backed out of the connector and taped it up but still popped after acouple of minutes. I am looking for any ideas im really lost and need to get fixed and put dash in so I can have paasengers in the car and not feel bad since the dash is not there that they dont have a airbag. Does anyone have wiring diagram ?

We used to have schematics on the site but Volvo's legal team had a fit about it. You should be able to get the schematics from here:

What are the normal problems people have with the climate control units in the 850. I have the climate control not snapped into the dash but plugged in and the fuse has not been blowing nearly as much. I almost think something came lose in side of it. If I was to get one from the yard do all 850 take the same one or is 850 turbo different from non turbo?
