Looking at a 1999 to buy, advice wanted

What do you guys think of the 99 in central Ct ? Coil would make it run rough obviously, if that is what the code says the fix sounds simple. Are these the 5 speed auto's also - says it is Volvo rebuilt. Couldn't agree more about duallys, pegs and a wing, which this car has none of. It looks clean and fairly well maintained though.
