2004 v70 >> v70r front bumper swap

Does anybody know if its difficult to swap front bumpers?

I just bought a v70 but I prefer the look of the v70r (there wasn't one for sale in my area and this v70 was in great shape)

I called volvo and they said the bumper cost $1000 CDN and there are parts behind that cost another $1000 CDN.

Anybody know a cheaper place to get the bumper? (besides an auto wrecker)

swapping the bumpers are fairly easy 2 bolts and few clips as for finding a cheapest bumper ebay would be your best choice, also make sure to buy a complete assembly with grill, fog lights, moldings as they all differ from original one you have and at the end it will be much cheaper then buying a bare cover then trying to find everything to go with it,
also s60r bumper is the same as v70r

EVERYTHING behind the plastic bumper must also be changes. All the steel and foam is different so it's not so easy and NOT at all cheap even with a used cover
