What would cause my 2001 s60 volvo to stall when braking and comeing to a stop?

Could be anything. Cleaning ETM sometimes helps, if it was dirty and jams at idle angle.

it's most probably a dirty electronic throttle module, as mentioned.

after cleaning the throttle both sides, in and out, try also cleaning the MAF little wire also from both sides.

Engine light on? Maintenance up to date for (what is) mileage? Does it start and run well? Does it idle well?
