Not at all. S80 99-2001 uses an electronic throttle module (ETM) which operates throttle with a linear motor based on requests from ECM. The 2002 and later use an electric throttle actuator where an electric motor, through gears, opens/closes throttle with ECM directly runnning the electric motor.
960 is a throttle blade opened by the cable running inside to the pedal. the throttle has a position sensor mounted on throttle shaft end to monitor throttle poistion.
If the idea is to use the 960 one in some way on the s80 that will not work even if it bolted up. The ECM will require digital position feedback over the network that matches the request or it will not fuel engine above idle.
