Do all '92-'00 850 and 70-series use +12V as supply voltage?

1. Do all 1992-2000 Volvo 850, S70, V70, C70, XC70, V70-XC have a +12 volt based electrical system?

2. Is "short to supply" synonymous with "short to +12V"?

The car itself is all +12 DC but some of the sensors use a 5 volt reference from the ECU. A short to supply would typically be a sensor code and it would depend on which sensor it is as to what the actual voltage was that it is shorted to.
