2003 v70 d5 squeal between 1500 and 2500 revs

hi everyone,
recently encountered this problem of a slight squeal between 1500 and 2500 revs,
the car only does it when driving and is quiet when revved up stationary.
l have changed the fan belt along with tensioner and idler pulleys but still does the same.
no change in performance etc it still runs superb.
could it be a air con or power steering pump pulley.
has anyone experienced this problem before? any info greatly appreciated.
