2006 v70 won't start - one click only...

I purchased a vehicle with a starter interupt gps type payment device. the thing turned off and i had the company reset it - now the car won;t start even though the company insists the device is working normal. all lights and dash info shows up... tried to jumpstart. one click only.

any thoughts? thanks.

Company did custom modification to car, and now car does not start? So lets them fix it or remove the mod completely, what's the problem?

The car has a built-in immobilizer that can have issues. BUT when it causes the car to not start it tells you in the dash that has occurred normally. I can't imagine any other problem but whatever screwy things they did, so you're stuck fighting with them I imagine...
