I drive a S60 2.4 (LHD - 190.000km) and I am facing an intermittent problem with the cabin heating.
From time to time the temperature coming from the vents (right side) is very cold. Left side works correctly.
A OBD scanner shows a CCM-DD32 Right temperature damper motor error.
Will a re-calibration fix the issue?

Sounds like motor does not send signal to CCM that it's reached desired position or home. I'd check wiring and connector, and apply a few commands to see how it operates, looseness or noise in there.
