Hi there,
My S70 lost battery power from a unlocked trunk lid light. Jump started it and drived for a while and it runs as good as before. Except that at idle it makes periodic grunt noise with a little vibration every one second or so. RPM also fluctuated around 800-1000. Is the ECU testing something like fuel injection on the engine? If I put in neutral then the noise is lighter. Rev-up to 1200 or starting driving then it sounds normal again.
Anyone saw this too? Thanks.

Should be Motronic 4.4,like mine.Does it runs rich,does the exhaust smell rich?
