2004 XC90 fitting bumper guard

Can someone tell me the best way to fit a bumper guard/spoiler to a 2004 model

Not to be snarky, but without a picture, or some idea of what you are working with and trying to do this will be the only reply. I mean without the general comment of use a bolt, don't use tape.
