2002 S60 Immobilizer elements?

I have an S60 with an immobilizer problem. I have a wrecked S60 of the same year and model. Has anyone successfully swapped the electronic modules from one car to another and made the car run without immobilizer problems? If so, what modules do I need to swap?

a) the key seems to be going bad as far as fitting the lock, and b) it starts and runs for 2 seconds

If you have Dice I can solve these issues.

I don't think Dice can fix a worn out lock cylinder. That's why I want to swap everything.

So look for new ignition lock (with keys) + all other locks.
Cut new keys with place for transponder.
Disassemble old keys take the transponders and insert them to the prepared keys.
That is minimum.
