2004 xc90 t6 connecting rod bolts replace yes or no.
I am working on a 2004 xc90 we just bought had a rod knock, though sump oring kit was the problem, got oil sump/oil pan off which was not fun and realized the pick up tube was clogged almost all the way with sludge, took of pickup tube and have it soaking in simple green now, one rod the bearing was totally shot, got new bearings and bolts, they are torque to angle so I have new bolt for this connecting rod, but another rod still had the bearing, but the bearing seemed a little warn so I took the bearing cap off and had another set of bearings for that rod as well, but only ordered one set of bolts, because I did not know that they were torque to angle, are they ok to reuse or should I bite the bullet and replace the two bolts, and was also wondering if anyone had the torque specs for the rod cap bolts, the pickup tube bolts, and the oil pan bolts. Thanks Michael Bartels.

Michael,
If the bolts are stretched you need to replace. Since you have a set of new ones just measure the lenght of new vs. old. If in doubt order new ones.
