I have a stutter under hard acceleration. The wires, cap, rotor, are all fairly new. I, also, installed new plugs right before I made this video.

At the 8s mark, the car shifts and the hesitation comes right after at about 3800-3900 rpms.

Does anyone have an idea about what may be the issue?

A common issue with hesitation during hard acceleration is caused by old turbo tubing that may collapse for a moment. Usually the one on top of the intercooler going ti the throttle body tube.

I will replace that and see what happens.

Thank you for the insight.

In my S80's case the issue was caused by a defective TCV (turbo control valve). 5 minute replacement item, less than $100 at the usual suspects parts suppliers. IPD makes their own heavy duty item that has worked well for my Volvos.
