1995 850 glt spring seat and idle at stop

I am getting my spring seat replaced friday, however I want to know if I continually drive will this do more damange to my suspension.

And another problem (which hopefully will be taken care of friday), when I come to a stop, my car seems like it wants to stall, when I put it in neutral, its stops...could that just mean a tune-up, I have over 200,000 miles on my car.

There are many Vols out there driving in damaged spring seat, I don't think waiting a week will cause any more harm.
Though your car has 200k on the clock you did not share past maintenance history. What comes to mind is the status of your PCV, idle control valve and ignition system. I would bet if these items need attention.

My mechanic will also look at this Friday, maintenance is up to date on this vehicle.
