V70 Stuck in Park

My 98 V70 (~100K miles) intermittently won't shift out of park and I need to use the transm override button. No codes or CEL on. It seems that usually after a short drive, an engine stop and restart fixes it. Seems to only happen with the engine initially cold. Looking through this forum, the suspects would appear to be:

PNP switch
ignition switch
Shifter microswitch
Brakeswitch

Any other candidates? Whos' the prime suspect?
