I have read that some 1996 850's have an air pump. If I have one, where is it? I believe I do not, as the vacuum tree has 3 plugged connections and 2 active connections: one to the intake and the other to the upper nipple on the airbox.
I cannot find the cause of a P0133 code, and this is a long shot, but am stumped.

P0133 is o2 sensor code not sas system code.

Just FYI: the air pump is up front and down low, sort of next to the radiator. If your car has SAS then it will also have (1) the intake line to the air pump and (2) an SAS valve, as shown in this picture:
