1998 v70 2.4L What is RTI ?

Hello there,

I have a fuse on this car that is labeled:
"Cigarette Lighter Front, (RTI)"

Those letters in the parentheses are (lower case for proper font illustration) r,t,i
but are all capitols on the actual label.

Any idea what this is?
I’ve been driving a Volvo long before anyone ever paid me to drive one.
That's probably because I've been driving one since 2015 and nobody has offered to pay me yet.
1998 v70, non turbo, FWD, base model, on the road from April 2nd, 2015 to July 26, 2023.

Road Traffic Information. It was a named they used for navigation system once upon a time. They didn't offer it in the US.

Oh that's very interesting. So is that some kind of receiver then?

If so and my car doesnt have it, then a follow up question i'll ask in another thread.
