1998 v70xc Stalling Drop in Idle while Driving

Hello all..

My 1998 volvo xc has been exhibiting the following symtoms:

Stalling at low idle
and drop off in idle while driving

I get a whole bunch of engine codes... MAF, IAC, Coolant temp sensor, EVAP, Turbo...
Different codes in various combinations... So it could be one all or none...

I have replaced... the MAF, IAC (swapped a working one from my 850), changed plugs, furl pump relay
(I also replaced the fuel pump less than a year ago)

The most curious thing is that when the car is really acting up I sometimes have a problem restarting, when it does my accessories such as radio and power window don't work until I restart the car...

Any help would be appreciated...
