Arghh previous owner overfilled tranny

I get a jerk between 2nd and 3rd (automatic). Checked the dipstick and was like wtf. Anyway I was gonna flush it anyway but now it's gonna throw off my flush count

P2 04 V70R Transmission Flush

6 3/4 quarts of (dark) colored fluid came out of the pan. Cleaned drain plug and magnet. To my knowledge their should not be more than 3 1/2 of quarts coming from the pan. So I'm going to replace 3 1/2 quarts and continue my flush/fill from the BOTTOM tranny hose from the Radiator per IPD flush instructions

End result. Gonna take a long drive to help fluid circulate thru system and report back on 2nd to 3rd hard shift.

Shifts have smoothed out. I want to mention i did use lucas oil transmission stabilizer with one of the mobil1 3309 atf as i do with all transmission flush/fill
