2003 s60 front crank oil seal keeps pushing out

i have replaced this oil seal 3 times, i unhooked the rubber hose coming from the valve cover thinking its building pressure and its still pushing out. is there something else i am over looking? does anyone have any suggestions? i would appreciate the info. thanks tom

I believe there was a similar post here or the other forum, and ended up being oil pump orings job. Is just the journal lip coming out or the whole thing?
