Would Vida Dice show cam sensor data issues or similar?
My 200K mile 2001 has little to no boost. It feels like it's there at low RPM and I swear I hear it spooling but anything over 2K RMP is spineless like I'm running a 3 cylinder...even jerks a bit in 3-4K range. Figured it might be a TPV but haven't found time to swap one to figure out.
It's been suggested a couple times that timing may have jumped a tooth but I would assume that would throw some codes...which I have none other then a bad o2 sensor.
Any easy way to tell? IS there a tell tale sign?

Jumping one tooth hardly makes a difference. It will throw a code in a 100 miles or so
Jump more than say 2 or 3 and you won't run
Something else is going on, at those miles you may have lost a cylinder

I can do a compression test this weekend to rule that out.
Are these symptoms comparable to a no functionality TCV?

Just try unplugging the TCV to see if you notice a difference to diagnose

Tried that already and unplugging it had no impact on the lack of power. It there a code of course and when reset nothing improved.
If I get time this am I hope to do a quick compression test.
