What Spark Plugs are you NA 850 drivers using, and do they come pre-gapped or do you have to gap them yourself?

Volvo three electrode which come pre-gapped. They are what perform best and longest in an NA. Available from dealer or FCP.

Here's a pic. I also found some equivalent NGK three prong spark plugs that I've used on customer's cars with success. I'll see if I can dig up the number tomorrow.

I saw those at Eurosport Tuning website and was thinking those would be best. Just wanted to be sure. Thanks!! Is there a special Spark Plug socket other the the usual one that can be bought at Autozone or any other autoparts store?

I use Iridium: NGK BKR6EIX, about $7/each at Advance Auto Parts.
They will easily last 90K-100K.

NGK BKR6ETUC are the equivalent spark plug with three prongs.

I just use the cheap Bosch Copper core single electrode spark plugs on N/A cars. They do need to be gapped to 0.028 and re-gapped or just replaced about every 30,000 miles but they are dirt cheap and they run great. The number used to be FR7DC but they went to another number, 7955 I think.

They cost about $1.50 each.
