1995 850 Turbo Trip Computer Not Working
I've got the VDO cluster and a trip computer. The temp function works, but the others only do occasionally. Randomly, the trip meter (mileage function) starts working again. When it does, mpg, avg mpg, and all the other functions work. But then the trip meter stops counting randomly and it all stops. It's as if the vehicle speed sensor signal or something stops working. Anyone had this same problem or have any ideas? I've tried resetting the functions, all that stuff. It started happening after I disconnected the battery to put in a new one.

Odometer working at all?
The gear breaks, quite common.
You cannot push the odometer or trip reset while the cars is moving, a small oversight in Volvo's grand planning!
