2001 V70XC Tried AC Shim Procedure

My AC cuts in and out, so I tried the AC clutch shim procedure, and it still seems to cut in and out.

I measure the clutch gap, and it was about .55 mm, which is not very far out of spec.

I had trouble inserting 4 inch zip ties, I couldn't even pull them all the way through before the clutch would rub against the pulley.

The ac still cut in and out, though.

So I thought I'd check the high and low pressures.

With the clutch engaged at 85° ambient temperature, the pressures were 40/250 psi.

Disengaged, 75/110 psi.

Are these normal pressure readings?
