01 s40 sunroof problem

01 s40 sunroof problem

Hey guys, I changed my sunroof glass as the old one was full of corosion around the seal and was leaking. I found one in excellent shape at the do it yourself junkyard. I removed the old glass, place the new one but seem to have a little bit of play in the back part of the sunroof if i push it up from the inside of the car. The front part is ok. I didnt use the original tracks, I used the ones from the new one. Also the seal on the new one one is not the same as the old one. The bolts are tight but the play is from the track. I'm sure there's something I didnt do, it doesnt seem to be leaking though as I flooded the roof with water.
